First, there is an incredible amount of the hosts conclusions without providing proof in this video. That's an issue for me because I prefer to make up my own mind without the aid of someone else's opinions abd/or biases. Second and very important information: As a black woman I know that hot water isn't used to "straighten" hair, it's used to bind or seal the end of braided hair extensions. The hosts lack of knowledge and assumption shows greatly here, unnecessarily so, especially when there are many, many other facts where the outrage is definitely warranted.
