How can I raise my protein level safely. That is the only problem have not been able to solve. I have a handle with the sodium issue. Had to say goodbye to salted pretzels but not a problem. I really enjoy watching your videos. I find them very educational.

I'm 57, slightly over weight, but did moderate exercise throughout my life & continue to this very day. Had regular Yearly ck ups all my life.

Recently I had a first time Lupus flare which lead me to look futher into all the random medical issues dismissed by my various Doctors throughout my life.

I went on line to website of specialist treating me. After, looking at my records & Googling codes to understand what they mean. I discovered I have CKD3 with a 49GFR.

My Rheumatologist nor Neurologist never told me about my being stage 3 & should be making additional modifications to prevent further damage.

I became more curious & asked my Primary Care Physician for for website & portal info to review some lab tests.

I discovered this Doctor had been notating that I was beeing seen in her offce for CKD3 from at least 2015.

Bottom line, neither my Primary Care Physician, Rheumatologist, nor Neurologist ever told me I have CKD & to make modifications to prevent advancement of CKD disease.

We are following u r tips n getting better the way u teach is excellent got load n clear .thanks a lot.
