Inquire until there is no one left to inquire. This is exactly right. Keep doing it even if it feels like you're just going through the motions and nothing is really happening. It's not true. The artificial "I" being produced by the supercomputer between your ears will employ an infinite number of tactics to pull you off of this process. Just keep going with it. Divide yourself in two - the true self and the false self. And then look from the perspective of the true self at the false self. Cleave it off from the wave of outgoing thought it constantly rides upon. Look at the wave. Watch it collapse into nothing. Look at the rider of the wave. Watch it collapse into nothing. What remains is what you are, the empty space in which it all arises. Be patient and be persistent and ignore the propaganda of the brain that insists in a million different ways that you are wasting your time and failing. It's not true. Keep going. Imagine that every hour of self inquiry is dissolving one thousandth of one percent of the false self back into the true self. Expect it will take some time. Keep going. With persistence and over time you will experience a palpable dissolving of the false self. This process does work. Be the tortoise. Not the hare.
