Trunk twist made my back crack, almost chiropractor style and the wrist circle swirls sounded like a bowl of rice krispies. I can do this multiple times a day. Sitting at my desk for work 8 to 10 hours, 5 days a week is hard on your body. Thank you for this😁

I'm 59 and garden as a profession so this will be a good routine for me before bed. I have a similar routine but mostly focus from the waist up.
