Trunk twist made my back crack, almost chiropractor style and the wrist circle swirls sounded like a bowl of rice krispies. I can do this multiple times a day. Sitting at my desk for work 8 to 10 hours, 5 days a week is hard on your body. Thank you for this😁

I'm 59 and garden as a profession so this will be a good routine for me before bed. I have a similar routine but mostly focus from the waist up.
Your mention of keeping all the major joints mobile makes sense and I appreciate you taking the time to come up with something that'll be fast and easy for me to incorporate. Thank you! 🙏❤

The Senior Mobility Exercise Routine has changed my life. I can move more easily and fluidly. I have fewer aches and pains!
I hate to be overdramatic but my experience with this has been miraculous!

Dr. Kim, I am wondering if this is a good routine for before running. I'm 51 and stopped running 4 months and am looking for a dynamic warm up to prepare my body for running. Any advice much appreciated.

My husband and I have been doing this video practically every morning for the past 6 weeks or more and we have felt such an amazing difference in our bodies! We no longer hurt from our desk jobs and it has set us on a path of trying more at-home fitness. I can't thank you enough!

This is great for me to warm up before I begin my other exe routine. All your follow along videos are great and life-changing. I have been sharing it with friends and family.
