Can't update anomaly be eliminated by using SQL update query??

In the given example, CSE dept's building changed to C1 and Room no changed to 301

So, SQL query:

UPDATE Student
SET Building = C1 AND Room_no = 301
WHERE Dept_name = 'CSE';
