I love this! I may be tempted to try it for our DVD collection (which is not as extensive, but still pretty big). I wonder if it would work for books too. Maybe books of similar sizes...mass market paper backs, maybe...
ОтветитьHi! Welcome back. Very nice idea and well done. Thank you for sharing.
Ответитьcouldn't the same idea work for cds too ? I have 3000
Ответитьhow did you build it ?
ОтветитьDrywall screws work great for preventing cracking because they have a drill tip and fine threads.
ОтветитьI like your variation on similar shelves I have seen. The furring strips are kind of weak so turning them on their side like you did is a great idea and allows for use of longer spans without the need of support in the middle. The only issue I have had is the furring strips in the local Lowes and Home Depot seem to be VERY warped. It is almost impossible to find one that is usable. But they sure are cheaper then the other wood.
ОтветитьYou didn't show shit
ОтветитьLearn how to make it yourself with all details. Just google for 'woodprix' website:)
ОтветитьI think you can learn more about it on woodprix.
ОтветитьWoodprix has a lot of designs to choose from.
ОтветитьNice, nice, very nice. However, you can make it better. Just google Woodglut and learn how to do it easily.
ОтветитьHuh? Ok, the video: DIY cheap and easy media storage explains it much better
ОтветитьI did like that! Thank you! I'm sure this'll be our winter project.
