My Mr Spikey ball doesn't have a middle just dropped an avocado pip on the floor which I may use for the latter exercise! Thanks Dr Yoni.

I couldn't really see WHERE you placed the ball for the pelvic floor exercise. I wish you could have either showed a side view or else a diagram..

It amazes me how the human body, is so much smarter than the humans that inhabit them.
As I am about to start my 66th year, I appreciate how many (inner) wrinkles I've managed to iron out before they became completely unmanageable, allowing me to become healthier each and every year.
Thank you for all that you do... showing and educating us on the rest buttons.
Best to you and yours in the New Year🎉.

Thanks so much. These are great! Question: I yanked one of my toes pretty hard a few years ago and there is a wider than normal space between it and the next toe. Is there anything I can do to restore/rehab the area?

You need to address the issue of possible pelvic floor weakness or damage, which leads to POP (I've forgotten the words!) in women, where the organs protrude due to weakness there. And what about bunions? The foot muscles seem to be overstretched already.

Thank you for this video!
I have not this ball for pelvic exercise, but I did with small ball. In 2024, if God will, I would like more videos about back and neck pain... Happy new year to you!!!

I would like to see exercises to help with a swollen knee that I twisted while I was getting out of a car. An X-ray reveals no broken bones, and I can do most activities pain-free, but I can’t do the child’s pose. I had fluid removed one time, and it came back very quickly. I was told I have osteoarthritis, but if there were exercises to help with this problem, I would be very disciplined about doing them. (I’ve done some exercises to help with a meniscus tear and while I was able to do them with no trouble at all, the knee swelling persists. I welcome your help.

I have arthritis in the right side of my neck, C 3-5 which is very painful. So far nothing has helped, I've done PT and PRP and I do your neck exercise, chin to shoulder. Thanks for all your work

For 2024... I have heard you speak of "watching a show" with your wife in your interview with Dr. Chestnut. Given that Americans sit way too much (I am sure you do not!) I am curious if there is a certain type of furniture you recommend, or maybe a certain way of sitting, when you are relaxing for possibly as long as a show or movie? Also, do you have a max amount of time that you recommend in a given day for that sort of sitting? I am currently working to not sit too much in my occupation, but sometimes would like to also relax a while away from the computer before bed and watch a little entertainment.

You didn't mention pelvic prolapse as one of the pelvic floor dysfunctions. It is not curble, but can be managed very well. Partly a postural issue.

great video.
what you reckon psychosomatic effect of closed palm? There's a saying not to trust people who walk with closed palms, as they tend to be liars and withholding.

back pain, constipation: yeah these all disappeared when I started working with my pelvic floor , originally with yoga, but then semen retention.

then i had a car crash and a year later got an inguinal hernia. I sometimes wonder if I got that from clenching teh pelvic floor too much, psoas imbalance, BUT im still learning about fascia, connective tissues and musculature, os i'll prob neg that.
