Or you could live in a cheap apartment, save up for a few acres, buy that, save up for a container/prefab home, buy and put on land, move in, and now you can save to build the home you want. Consider moving out of state as an option for more affordable rent/land.

Dont buy, income and jobs aren't paying enough to support the inflated prices. Out of state workers will leave when out of state companies stop employing people working from home.

Stay away ! the reality is the living expenses are skyrocketing ! people are struggling to survive. This is manipulation no one is buying. Most of the houses are listed as pending or under contract but after 2 or 3 months it’s back to the market 🤔 remember most of the houses are owned by big corporations like open houses, Zillow etc so they can do everything they can to keep the overpriced. Of course They have a power “ lobbyists “ just pray to have a government who cares for working families not for corporations 😢😢😢😢😂😂😂

Real estate agent 6 months ago saying buy now beat the rush. Today prices dropping and inventory keeps increasing. Don't buy prices will keep going down and careful of greedy flippers.
