First time I've seen anything like this (I am kinda new, few months coin roll hunting).
Those all looked great.
How much does a roll of those cost?
Cool video 👍
ОтветитьSo cool man
ОтветитьThey all look over dipped gives them a gray look
ОтветитьAll the best if you send them off for grading. Would look forward to a reveal video if you do. Those too are interesting. Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьLove me some Morgan’s. I’m always tempted to order one of the ebay rolls to see how they are for myself. Makes for a great content. 👍
ОтветитьI've been burned too many times with raw coins on E-Bay (cleaned) .
ОтветитьThat was a terrible fake roll a bunch of cleaned ro ms61 coins and maybe 2 or 3 worth grading
ОтветитьYour a brave man. 99%of what I see with Morgan rolls are not as advertised. Hard to find a really good source for that kind of material
ОтветитьI’m going to disagree with the critics on this one Rocky. I saw what you did. As you explained, the lighting DOES make a huge difference. The ones you said looked ‘off’ did here too. The clashed die was cool.
I’m looking forward to your grading results vid with your best! Hurry up PCSG!!!
i got to open a roll in 2015or 16 was great time.over payed buy todays prices but 2 were ms 66is and 1 dmpl never had them graded. id say aslong as there not all cleaned now a days the price is worth the thrill and you can sell the rejects at shows. thanks for the video.
Ответить79 s to me looks definitely a 63 at best. Too much cheek chatter for a 64. Like you said you have lots of lighting so it reveals it too much. Depends where you send it. Most of my 64s are in old holders and should be 65s. So maybe.
Ответить1901 o possibly cleaned at some point in it's life because of the luster and cartwheel. Definitely a weaker strike ya
ОтветитьIf you reach out to dealers you can buy bulk common date cc gsa's for around 300 each and common date solid date rolls of BU pre 1921 for 1000 each. = you can assemble your own rolls for under $1300 each. Same as Kyle Horn does (That's the guy who makes these particular rolls)
ОтветитьNot bad, the quality was pretty good, hope you find some VAM's buddy 👍
ОтветитьGreat video! Loved watching and seeing what you got in the roll!! New to the channel and thanks for sharing!!
Ответить1300!? Damn! 10x what I have, and thought I had a bunch! Lol
I would love to know where you get these from!? Ebay sketches me out a bit, but I guess I need to give it a shot! Because those look pretty damn good, not OBW, but still..
"Machine wrapped" probably a better term, but as long as they don't say OBW, then like you said, they let you come to that "assumption"..
Would you say your average cost per coin for a roll like this would be around 75-100?
I'm just trying to decide if it's worth buying a roll or 2 to find out.
I'll just really need to do some research on sellers, to not get scammed!
And have a big enough "Gut Sack" to follow through with that big of a purchase through eBay! Lol
I bought 6 Morgan Dollars from 1879, 1884, 1885, 1886, 1900 and 1921 and 17 Peace Dollars 1922-1926 here in Germany yesterday in a pawn shop for a total price of €460, which is €20 each, which is €2.45 more than the spot i think the price is ok for all 23 coins 460€ equals 507$
and 20€ a piece equals 22$ what do you think about the price was it a bargain? how much do the coins cost at your pawn shop in the usa?
There are some real original rolls out there just you will hit the power ball lottery before you ever get to open one roll of Morgan's. I did get some authentic penny rolls once on eBay and once in a coin collection I bought. 1st one I would have said MS61-MS62 IMHO.
ОтветитьThanks for sharing!
ОтветитьHow much did you pay for the roll?
ОтветитьAnother nice video. I don’t collect coins but I appreciate your dedication to collecting them. Good job.
