Would it be possible for you to interview JD Vance?

On your musings re: tech optimism while retaining our humanity: to me I've always thought of technological advancement (and increases in standard of living more generally) as something that requires commensurate increases in virtue or mental fortitude. For example, tech has made the most extreme pornography available at your fingertips and from what I've seen in the data the younger generations are paying some dear prices for it. To me not only is tech optimism compatible with a rightwing vision, I think it requires a rightwing vision because you need to be ready to ban stuff that is unhealthy and degenerate.

JD Vance is smart. Realist. Not antisemitic idiot like Qatar-shilling Carlson.

I really can't tell if she's on to something or if she's an operative of some side? Strange histories of certain someones coming into Trumps administration so I'm wondering if there is a possibility that Trump is in for a sabotage by some nefarious sorts even if there might be some good plans, OR if there's already some conflict coming up between some old thinkers against new thinkers? Her words were pretty dark and terrifying. Worth a listen. Is she limited in her understanding of a new right or am I to believe that the security state is coming for every one of us? Nobody is mentioning Vance sympaties for Orban ? A leader that has eroded the democracy of his own country after suffering authoritarianism under communism? For me that's already a big red line. I agree tariffs are needed. That solution could just as easily come from a Bernie Sanders minus conservative deregulation in all areas except the personal: gays, reproductive rights, marriage. JD Vance embraced Trump's strategic determination, if elected, to DRASTICALLY reduce the prices of energy with the practical actions "Drill baby drill." Cheap energy = Low inflation = Wealthier people = Civilization Prosperity.
