ОтветитьWow.. this is an amazing video...
ОтветитьEric
Inspiring as always. For the past several years as I've followed you, I encouraged my architecture students (and other fellow architects) to watch and listen. A truly unique resource. I am now retiring, but still love design and sketching. If pre-orders are permitted, please put me down for 4 of your new sketchbooks. I have several of your previous favorite, but really enjoy the explanation behind your approach. Please email me when available.
Outpost looks intriguing! What a site! We don't all get the opportunity to develop such an outstanding place.
Looking forward to the sketchbooks and the next installment.
Thanks
WICH PROGRAM DID YOU USE TO GET THOSE LEVEL CURVES? I WOULD LIKE TO ACHIEVE THAT QUALITY IN MY PRESENTATIONS. GREATINGS FROM MEXICO.

I'm a student, and I watch your videos everyday as design courses.
The video like yours that illustrates every step in an architect's mind is very rare and precious, thank you for making these videos.
Thanks for being an inspiration!

Ответитьhow did you get the contour lines?
Ответитьdid you stop making these?
ОтветитьEric, do you sell your keynote template for this?
ОтветитьIs there any chance you could gift us your graphics assets template you use for your site plan? Or something similar, as an architect student I would find that very helpful. Thank you:)
ОтветитьI owe you tons of thanks and can't say enough. Each video is so inspiring and practical. Thank you.
ОтветитьI think you should just make a full documentary movie about one of your projects (from the earliest stages to the finished and decorated house). Something like "Rams" comes to my mind. I truly believe it would be extraordinary, just like all of your videos. And I would buy it on iTunes for sure ;)
ОтветитьHey i have following you for real long and its you videos that strengthened my passion for being an architect. A great salute to you for such great videos. BTW there is one question i have been wondering about for real long, how did you choose "30×40" as a name for your studio practice.
ОтветитьI am part way through watching and a thought jumped out at me. Subjects at school lived and died in my head often based the look, feel and even smell of the text books and notebooks. I have sliced and diced sketch books to get them just the right size for a trip. I never realized what I was actually accomplishing until I saw this. I’m not an architect but this subject resonates far beyond one discipline. Thank you for sharing.
ОтветитьHi Eric.... how did you get the contour lines on the sheet ?
a site survey or online and if online how?
....btw love your vintage tools and videos ...

ОтветитьCan i know What's the app u'v been use ?
ОтветитьWhere do you download your maps?
ОтветитьI wish I can leave all that I'm doing and just come work for you. For free. Just your mentorship would be ardently appreciated.
ОтветитьHi, im an architecture student in Europa and i was wondering if the sketchbook is available in EU

ОтветитьSir Eric, we may have a problem, 2d sun diagram site only gives data for 2014.
ОтветитьThis is greet! Thank you for sharing. Do you know where I can find an accurate/easy prevailing wind software for a site analysis? Also, I love the looks of the solar chart you use but Dr. Andrew forbids me to insert my latitude and longitude coordinates to get an accurate sun chart:(
ОтветитьBeautiful work! How did you generate the contours?
ОтветитьIt's nice to watch the video.
ОтветитьJust love your videos ❤️
ОтветитьWhere can I find the isohips lines (or map) ??
ОтветитьHi, really love that you are capturing the whole design and build process. Was wondering which podcasts you are listening to along your hikes?
ОтветитьHow did you get the sunpath white and with no background?
ОтветитьS
ОтветитьI know this is an old video but I just wanted to say that your contents make me excited about architecture once again. I am 26 and working at a firm in Tokyo at minimum wage, for extreme hours everyday. In this productivity-oriented world, I sometimes just can't help thinking about an alternative career. Your video reminds me of why I started! Thank you.
