ОтветитьThank you Michael for spreading the word. My experience in the west has always been about the asanas. It is sad that they are not interested in the other 7 limbs of yoga. When I used to teach yoga, half the class rolled up their mats and left the class when it was time for Savasana. Meaning of yoga is bonding or yoking with the higher self, it is sad that they don’t realize that. Anyway if I got the message across to the 10% of the class, I felt like I did my job. 🕉 🙏🏽🕉
ОтветитьI’ve done your “breathing is life course” but I never know exactly which Pranayama exercises do for my 15min breathing exercises I do before meditation so it would be great if you can do a video explaining which ones are best before meditation,thanks for everything you do!!

ОтветитьThis resonates true. I find that the sequence of postures really matters to bring balance conducive to meditation. The purpose of asanas is to prepare for meditation. I learned for me that a softer approach to backward bends. This is all very sweet and helpful information.

But l am a beginner and l don't understand if in pranayama like , for example, bastrika , kapalabhati or others energetic and very strong pranayama, mulabandha has to be activated or not.
