All these companies including 99 acres, magicbricks etc are fraud .They allow people to do free listing for sale - purchase of properties. But leads received, if any, for posted properties are not passed on to those who have posted advertisement and few contact numbers are sent to those who have given advertisement but all the phone numbers shared are fake and don't belong to anybody.
Then those who post advertisement are contacted by executives of these companies and persuaded to buy paid packages in which as per the portal the advertisements for sale - purchase of properties are shown higher on the portal for better visibility for particular months .However after making payment also not many leads are received and hardly people can sell- buy the properties through these portals and ultimately property is sold or purchased through property brokers only or through other paid means where advertisements are posted .
Better not to advertise property for sale - purchase on these portals .
