Really a nice house. We got interested. However, is it within my wallet? So please tell me what is the asking price. And what are the extra costs to purchase that house?

1.1m euros and only 1 hectare? doesn't sound right. I would expect 5 hectares or more for that price. 
creating a typical Tuscan arch between the small dining room and the small living room would have created a fantastic space. as they stand, those two small spaces feel wrong, making for a very odd groundfloor.
