Public defenders just need to stay in their lane
Ответить95% of ALL State Criminal cases are Plea Bargained. Why ?????? Not because of Snitches, but because the State does not have the financial resources to fight every case.
ОтветитьSomeone who does so much time how do they become a p
ОтветитьDespite what CBS wants you to believe, in reality the testimony of a jailhouse informant isn't the only piece of evidence. The use is attacked by the defense and the jury makes a decision. This story doesn't spend much time interviewing jurors. You know why? Because juror would say "we aren't stupid, we had more to consider than the testimony of another felon and yes, we know they get time off or some sort of perquisite."
ОтветитьThese cops are losers
ОтветитьThey know exactly what they are getting those kids into i pour concrete for a living i don't have some kid do it for me
ОтветитьAll the police I have ever know say the make the big money when they become detectives money scime
ОтветитьThe cops are more criminals then the offenders full blown narcissistic or narcs😅
ОтветитьI don't see anything wrong with the cops using prisoners to get info on another prisoners unsolved case . That seems like an old law stuck in place that makes no sense, as long as they're informant is giving accurate information in that information can be proved without a doubt
ОтветитьGet the stitches ready!!!
ОтветитьYou surely dont think this DA would lie do you?🤣
ОтветитьThis is a business for the police force and the state. Until that changes this will always be the case
ОтветитьThe story about CIs. The police cant do their job. They go after small time drugs & use them as bait for bigger fish. When it goes wrong, then they act like that small drug case lead them down that path. Its this type of rhetoric that shows the public that the police have to mucb power. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
Ответитьcheck phone records from Jail to county
ОтветитьAnd the community still can’t understand why we do not trust the police.
ОтветитьYou cannot trust police and you cannot trust District Attorney’s because they are liars and abuse justice
ОтветитьThe classic my memory is all of sudden is fuzzy lol these are extremely intelligent individuals. Don’t tell me now all of sudden your having a memory lapse
ОтветитьHe keeps a low profile? He’s on 60 min
ОтветитьLow profile huh?...🤔
ОтветитьSharing
ОтветитьThat DA is crooked as a dogleg. Ask ex Deputy Thomas
ОтветитьThat keith davis guy shouldnt be in law enforcement at all I think.... dude is cold
ОтветитьAlso decriminalize marijuana... isn't that the obvious way...
ОтветитьSo their son gets into drugs, gets caught, try's to be a CI to save him from jail, dies. Then the parents blame police for it 🙈 you ignorant people
ОтветитьThe Orange County DA's Office is know for its unreasonable, vindictive prosecutors. Not surprised by this report, sadly.
ОтветитьLaw enforcement in this country is rotten
ОтветитьThe police NEVER have your best interest in mind. Nine out of ten times when the person wearing the wire thinks they’ve been made, they’ve been made. Every time the cop will say, “you’re just being paranoid”, “you watch too much TV”, or my favorite “Don’t worry I’ve got you covered, I will bring them down before anything happens.”
These narcotic cops are parasites. The vast majority are junkies and thieves. Their job gives them access to the drugs AND the money. They bust someone that has $15,000 and half a pound of pot on them and let them go with warning. Or they record they found $500 and 2 joints. Not bad for a nights work.
Dirty cops trying to scare those students for peddling. A little weed to make ends make
ОтветитьThis disgusts me.🤢
ОтветитьThat is their job. 40 years for what he got arrested for. B.S IF someone was to find out he switched on the ci would end up dead. NEVER, I SAY NEVER HELP THE COPS IN ANY WAY.
ОтветитьDon't ever tell a pig, cop anything. That is
ОтветитьLiar, liar, pants on fire.
Ответить$80 In weed wow! Threats of prison! Thats just insane!
Ответитьtrash DA
ОтветитьThis guy is dead for sure
ОтветитьPoor choice of hair dye.
ОтветитьCan't trust anything that they say.
ОтветитьI'm sure I'm late, but damn. Dude said your talking to an important, they ate probably lying, but helped convict....wtf
ОтветитьI hope some of the dangerous people he's snitched on catch up with him one day.
ОтветитьSnitches get Stitches.. Most anyone will sing' if presented with a long prison sentence. You've got to be careful that the authorities don't promise you something they can't actually fofill... Remember your playing with Fire and eventually if your a stool pigeon long enough the bad guys will catch up with you..
ОтветитьSnitches get stitches! Lol
Ответитьmany cases are won and fought because of jailhouse snitches and we could argue if people receive true justice.our system is very flawed.we have a very active informant program in this country and very serious crimes are committed and criminal people let out early not to the benefit of society at large.
ОтветитьMan those officials are super corrupt they lied about everything
ОтветитьThis officer is a sad excuse for a human, trapping children like a predator.
Ответить222 years of overrun jail sentences in that short of an amount of time is discusting
ОтветитьNothing will gappen to this tony guy in the beginning
ОтветитьHow is it that these police officers are avoiding charges? These naive kids have died behind these intimidation tactics to get information, and these officers are at least guilty as accessories to their deaths.
ОтветитьSo much corruption
40 years for wheat
Omg.
Low profile let me come TV
ОтветитьVery hard to run into a lawyer who is honest and does the job with integrity.
Just stay out of trouble!
