Its my second day of body-banking. Tommorow will be the start of my nesting.
Last friday is my first time accepting call and it scares me a lot. I encounter different scenarios. And sometimes i totally do not understand a thing. Later I'll be taking call again And I have this fear on accepting calls. I think I have this trauma since some of the client I encounter are irrate and It got me pressure a lot.
And then I watch this video. And I realize that In order for me to learn I should accept more calls, regardless of how irrate the client is. I will absorb everything I can and I will find ways to better understand them. So, yeah thank u so much. It help me a lot.

Its my first time in BPO, I was hired in VXI at&t account. Today were on the nesting phase , I hope and pray that I can surpassed this challenge. Thank you for your tips miss. Godbless you.❤️✊

Later would be my first nesting. I’m so not prepared and forgotten what I’ve learned from training because everyday Im commuting 3hrs and jus 4hrs of sleep. And finally, before nesting I managed to find place to live near. 🥺😅
