I love the sound that the K5LA makes. It is one of my favorite horns. The first time I heard one was back in 1978 on the Amtrak train National Limited and also on some Chelsie system diesels.
ОтветитьWinnipeg Jets?
ОтветитьIt's my favorite amtrak horn
ОтветитьKLASKY CSUPO 2001 EFFECTS
ОтветитьYou’re not the only one K5LAs are my favourite too the GO Transit and VIA Rail used to have them until they are replaced to K5CAs and one of the CN/IC C44-9Ws 2707 has the K5LA and one of the CN AC44C6Ms 3345 has the K5LA too
ОтветитьThe best lo0comotive with this horn is the F59PHi idk why but it just sounds way louder than other ones
ОтветитьI believe the P42 has a different type of air pressure which is why it is super nice to listen too and why it sounds so different compared to it on freight units. Many Dash 8's could produce the same sound as the P42 because they used the same air pressure most of the time.
Ответитьyou make the best videos when it comes to trains
