Oh, man.....that sounds more like a Triumph than a Triumph does, at least the newer 270 degree Triumphs. I cut my motorcycle teeth on a 1972 Triumph Daytona, and listening to this brings back those wonderful days. I've been watching a lot of W800 videos, this one best showcases the sound because the videographer isn't running his mouth while riding. I would be interested in hearing your take on how well the bike pulls from low speed, such as dropping from a highway speed to go through a small village, then accelerating back to speed, but without downshifting in the village. I remember my Daytona would pull reasonably well in 4th (it only had four speeds) from 25 mph without lugging or jerking, so you really didn't have to shift much once you were in high gear unless you really wanted to get on it.

Great video! I have this bike and absolutely love it. And yes the sound it makes is so beautiful. Kawasaki tuned that exhaust note with some real character.

the sound of the remus pipes is much more better than the original exhaust, i change it at my W 800 and i m very satisfied with the more bubbling sound !

Das ist der Sound ab Werk? Ich kanns kaum glauben. Hab mir letztens auch eine zugelegt und bin ja mal gespannt wie Sie sich anhört nach der Zulassung.

It sounds great! Out of curiosity, where did you have the microphone positioned? It sounds like it may have been close to the exhaust tips. It sounds too good to be true that it sounds that good to the rider!

Ich habe das 2022er Modell letzte Woche probegefahren, der Wind war zu hören, die Auspuffanlage weniger.
Also nur in der Stadt hört man den Auspuff gut, aber nicht so auf der Landstraße.
Das kann man bestimmt mit ner anderen Auspuffanlage verbessern.
Trotzdem habe ich mir die 2024er für 11K bestellt. Mal sehen wie der Sound klingt..
Ende März soll das Moped beim Händler sein..🤣👍

You ride this bike very well. I'm quite sure Kawasaki had you in mind when they drew the motorcycle. They are an incredibly rewarding motorcycle. Why they aren't more popular, I don't know.
