This oc reminds me a bit of louixies oc called Crow Song, also a albino and also commits murder.

Looks exactly like Crowsong. How you drew the fur, looks exactly like their arsonist lullaby thumbnail. As well as they have made numerous videos with the character in front of a red moon. I'm not saying you copied, but maybe some character point of interest would help differentiate. I see the flower, but a good scar or more noticeable marking would help. Crowsong is a very big character in this space, your ocs will be compared.

Oh for stars sake just because its an albino doesnt mean its Crowsong.
