Parsippany-Troy Hills Council Meeting - December 28, 2023

Tensions among residents escalated when the Council President announced that each resident would be limited to a strict 90-second speaking time during all public sessions. Frustration grew as residents tried to ask questions and express their views, only to find themselves stopped by Parsippany Police for exceeding the 90-second time limit.
