Actually I am really old school. I would vote for Darrell Pace. Developed his release practising by himself often shooting at night with truck headlights. And did it while still a teenager. Looking at old Videos of him shooting it still looks great.

Kim Woojin for sure, but also Ku Bonchan. I loved watching him shoot, and I really hope he makes it back onto the Korean team again.

Also, Choi Misun and Kwak Ye Ji. Incredible releases.

For 3-D or hunting archery I think Wolfie Hughes has a very clean release.

Sjef Van Den Berg makes the best release because I think he hooks the string very well

Crispin Duenas has an excellent point on using a deep hook and because of that a unique release....

I found An San has a fantastic shooting style. Her shot appeared to be like a powerful "punch", a Dynamic form.

Stop being that Korean focused:). It's impossible to adopt it. Check Mete Gazoz relaxed and light release, hit the like if you appreciate

Can you tell me why you suggest we hook the string in the digits of our index and middle finger and you say we should keep the string in front of the digit on our ring finger, Instead us using the deep hook ?your method does work better but can you please tell me why? yes I am a hunter and I use a traditional recurve.

Another thing in regards to strength is simply use the lightest Bow you can find.

I sort of made a mistake by purchasing a #40 recurve bow (it's closer to #43 at my draw length) and it would have made for a bad experience, other then I formerly shot a #30 bow a great deal between the age of 11-13 (too much bow at that age again) and a #55 compound between age 17 and 19(wonderful bow). So I had some old muscle memory for finding my anchor point and aiming quickly, before shaking.

If I were to do it again, I would buy a three pice takedown bow, #18 or #20 limbs, get some arrows based on a chart, and shoot it till those arrows are worn out and mostly in the trash.

Then upgrade to #30 limbs and new matching arrows. Do the same thing again, then go to #40 only once you can shoot 200+ arrows in a day at #30.

Going to #40 right off the bat sucks because after about 50 arrows in a day, I'm done for accuracy and beging to develop bad form. Then it takes three days of rest to reset. A #20 would be awesome. Maybe I'll pick up a $140 #25 samick sage just for fun? Lol.
