Rationality is something that is derived from a fact.
Rational value is a value statement derived from a fact on the condition that it provides you wellbeing. Wellbeing is self interest.
Rationality is the use of knowledge to attain a goal.
The goal could be moral or immoral. Right or wrong.
What is moral? Use of knowledge to attain a goal that is simultaneously in your and the other person's (or other people's) interest.
Why should you be moral?

The way he gives a lecture, explains his thought is almost artistic. It's so immersive.

Rationality is what Peterson used to lose during debates or interviews when he became so emotional he reminded us he was a psychologist. I hope he's doing better now.
