i'm installing now A1111 on my new workstation and i was wondering if this installation is deprecated? like the code in "COMMAND_ARGS" are still ok? or if I add --xformers it will still help me speed up my generation a bit (I'm using a rtx 3070ti) and does it works with every models i'm going to download in future? thnxxx 4 everything master

Im at the part where you click on the webui-user batch file and it keeps saying Launch Unsuccessful. anyone got an idea?

The part with adding automatic updates was super easy (and super helpful, thx!), but the whole process is still ... don't know how to call it, frustrating and nerd-elitary :/ Right now I am getting a messed up page in browser and I hope it is one of the known troubles concerning css display (supposedly some chinese guys had it...). Last step of the fix is a reboot so ... cya :)

could you please make an updated version of this process? It's mostly the same but some steps can be updated. for example a link to download SDXL instead of 1.5 and the new update and restart UI button. maybe not a big deal. up to you :)

For anyone who is unsure the "Reload UI" button under the settings tab I'm pretty sure is the updated version of "Restart Gradio and Refresh Components" (Please correct if wrong)
P.s. there is also a button called "Apply and restart UI" under the Extensions--->Installed tab which worked for me when the "Reload UI" didn't for a different Depthmap extension I installed.

Hi, thanks for your tutorial.
I just installed Automatic 1111 and it works great.
But it only works if I open my local browser using localhost:7860, if I use the IP address assigned by the WiFi network instead of localhost it does not work.
I posted this question on Discord as you sugested but no responses so far,
Any idea why is that? Am I doing something wrong?

hello, i dont know if ayone writed this already but if you cannot find stable diffision folder check where you installed it to, if you say how to its the text in cmd, left what you typed, such as "C:\Windows\System32>" in cmd and it means it installed "C:\Windows\System32"
if you want to change the location. for selecting one folder before such as "C:\Windows\System32" means its specifically "System32" and one folder before it is "Windows".
for that you should type "cd.." and if you want to get into a folder you should type "cd -foldername-"
that changes where you make changes to but it will not bring already installed file to one you selected, you should reinstall

i have a problem that i downloaded everything in driver D but when i click the webui bat to download it take the capacity in my driver C which i want it to take it in D driver. pls help me

I've messed around with stable diffusion a bit, but nohting serious. Over the weekend however, I got very interested in it and got really annoyed with all the sites that require you to purchase credits (I understand wanting to make money off of the thing you created, but this is something I'm still trying out so I don't want to pay a monthly fee that will only give me 25 images a month). Running this locally not only gives me more options and more control over my generations, it's also free. I initially got into this with easy diffusion, but from what I gather that seems to be a less commonly used tool that doesn't have as much documentation/online community presence, so I'm giving A1111 a try.

Anyway, all that to say I really appreciate the help in getting things set up!

I'm having trouble when executing the bat file it's unable to install torch files. I was able to install the correct torch files but I can't find a way to make the bat file open them. Any adivce?

i really don't understand how these people can code an advanced image generation AI but can't code a fricken "run program" button...
like is that really such a NASA level code? i understand the need to have python installed by why isn't that the ONLY thing? you should be able to just instal python, then install stable diffusion and then hit a run button like 99% of programs
