How to Change Default Homepage in Google Chrome - Make Google Your Homepage in Chrome

Just in case anyone gets to this head-scratcher. Opening a second copy of Chrome IGNORES the home page. For some weird reason Chrome only takes notice of the home page on the first Chrome opened.
