ОтветитьSecond CG workout completed : ) liked the variation of exercises. It would help to mix up each move to preserve staying to long eg strained neck . i'd maybe try with weights to add an extra burn to workout. Look forward to choosing what's next!

ОтветитьThis was the first time me doing this workout. I used a pair of light dumbbells, and honestly, it did burn. My belly area is the most stubborn area. I hope this workout helps with that 😭
