[Kasane Teto] SynthV AI vs UTAU (English/Japanese comparison)

How do you make Teto speak English in SynthV? I'm pretty new to it and I don't know how :,)

I definitely prefer the UTAU over the newer one. I dunno something about it stands out.

Does anyone by any chance know what SynthV Teto's uniform was inspired by? The color combination and general style looks familiar, but I can't put a finger on it.

I know it wasn’t your intention, but this is a kinda unfair comparison because the resampler used is literally ”malfunctioning” and not being compatible with her UTAU at all 🥲 and as for her English voicebank, it’s very hard to use and will sound really strange and choppy unless you make sure modulation is set to 0, and requires a bit of manual editing to sound good.

again, i don’t blame you since you just rendered them directly, but i just wanted to point out that UTAU Teto is able to sound really nice and high quality too!

there was a song that used Teto's Utau once and she sounded really good. If I can find it and link it here could you do a comparison using that?

The English Version Of AI SynthV Teto Sounds Okay. It's Not Perfect, But It's Okay.

Just gonna say it. AI Teto is not Teto. I religiously listen to UTAU covers and I was excited for a new Teto Era don't get wrong- it's just they wanted her to sound too realistic and that's what really looses it for me ((kinda like Miku's NT VB))

Utau Teto sings better the "no" and "wanna" part while SynthV Teto seems to struggle trying to reach at that note. But then again, they are both the same good.

Yeah, maybe Teto SV don't have the growl UTAU does but that's something we might see in future or users manage to recreate a growl.

do you know what's going on with the technical tearing? the tuning doesn't sound bad but it has some weird technical stuff going on, mostly on UTAU teto but a bit on synthv teto too
