ОтветитьAre you supposed to do this everyday? I usually give myself one day in between to rest and plan on doing it 3 times a week but will do 5 if I can. Does anyone know how long it will take over all to get a bubble butt? I don’t want it to take years 😭

I’ve already done this workout about six times and used 3 kg weights every time
Day 7: ✅ done! Did the workout 2 times with weights and a medium resistance band
Day 8: ✅ Today I did the workout once (still using weights), as well as daisy’s hourglass abs workout, so I’m pretty tired, also I just realised I’ve done a week of this all up and I see a little progress, especially from the side view!
Day 9: rest day
Day 10: couldn’t do it cause I was busy, doing it tomorrow now. Also I’ve decided I want to get into running cause I want to be more athletic. Lmk if you want me to update on my running progress on here too!
Day 11: ✅ done! I think next time I’m going to move to heavier weights. Tmr I’m going for my first run! Wish me luck!
Day 12: ✅ used 5kg weights instead of 3kg, and did the workout twice, I think I’m going to start using the heaviest resistance band I have after I get used to the weights.
Day 13: rest dayyyyy, did hourglass abs tho

day 3: ✅ donee!! did an ab workout i found on daisy‘s channel before i did this workout and i‘m so tired now😭 but i feel good ngl, did the workout w a medium resistance band and i rlly felt the burn

Hi guys I’ve been doing daisy keech bubble workout for a month now and I do it at home cause the gym is so far from my home.. so I do them indoors and trust me this exercises lifted my butt and is making my hips pronounced… from 38-39 on my butt and my hips 40-41 … it might not look like huge progress but it is to me .. also because am also trying to burn my tummy fat by not eating much.. so my goal is 43. I’ll be back in a month to talk about more results. This are the best exercises ever even without going to the gym and using weights. It’s working for me pretty well. Just be consistent .
ОтветитьHiii, I’m attempting at working out until September 4 (it’s June 28) I have attempted doing another butt workout however I was recommended to try the Daisy Keech workouts because they work better. I have other workouts that I’ll be doing as well as this one but I’ll be trying my best to update each day.

Started: Sunday, April 30th 2022
Day 1 ✅: It did hurt. It was mostly the small circles that hurts, but I did feel good pain throughout these exercises.
Day 2 ✅: I could feel the sourness from yesterday, but I still did the exercises. There was still some pain, but mostly my upper thighs were getting tired. So far I haven’t seen much of a result.
Day 3:
This workout definitely works I started half a year ago with her quarantine booty workout and then start this one this help me shape my booty and preserve its shape I'm gonna keep doing this and add some extras
