Another idea is to utilized some high technology that has not been used anywhere on earth yet, tungsten rods from space. These rods if dropped from space can create huge impact craters, to create lakes, dependent upon the size and speed of the tungsten rod, it is capable of delivering an energy output approaching that of a nuclear blast. If they were strategically dropped along all of these watersheds it could very inexpensively create a huge system of lakes, that would follow the channels for the runoff of the flood plane. This type of farming really needs tall trees between the circles, groups of trees, that provide, fruit, wood and shade, an extra 2 crops and the shade will bring water to the circles, so they will need to use less... Now above the circles in the mountains os where they need to start planting more tall trees and digging swales to start collecting the little water that rains and start to funnel it deep into the mountain ranges which will eventually create it's own moisture....

To me, it seems very cruel to use treated waste water for crops...They should use the waste water for watering the trees in the desert areas, and use de-salinated sea water for everything else...They are basically the richest people in the world, so they can afford that, as well as creating a solution for the energy they need to de-salinate...i almost think that's an excuse, that it takes too much energy...It seems using waste water for crops would make people ill and kill them...After all, they are not the most compassionate nation in the world...They also need to replenish the aquifers which they could also use de-salinated sea water for, otherwise the land will sink more and more...The oceans have tons of water, so it makes sense...i wonder why they didn't want to do this a long time ago...use sea water...☀
