Limit FPS Always: Off. removes the need to set a "max FPS" but you still seem to commit to the importance of limiting FPS when the setting you use in fact uncaps the FPS. As an example, if I have it off and set the "Max FPS Always" to 1 FPS I will still have uncapped FPS and not 1 FPS

im going to have to disagree with the show blood. if you turn that setting off you will instead see bright yellow sparks that are MUCH more visible to you when you wall bang someone through a corner/wall.

NVIDIA Should be ON, if you don't have RTX if you do, ON + Boost otherwise you'll lose fps! I have a GTX 1660 TI and i lose about 30/50 fps with ON+boost so ON for me is the better option
