everyone freaking out in the comments like its a amputation of a leg or arm 🤣. i think it actually looks pretty simple and ones like the bands being completely reversable. i have been piling on the weight for the last 15 years or so and tried exercising and dieting ect but i have had no luck at all. even with that, i still gain. to top it off, i have had horrible heart burn and reflux daily for the last 18 years. getting sick of the tablets, knee and back issues so now im looking to one of these to help.

So what happens to the rest of the stomach abd small intestine inside the belly?

When doing the sleeve operation can the sleeve be made just a little bigger than a banana, or would it still work if you cut stomach in half. Would it still help you lose weight.

I was going to get bariatric surgery in 2010 but I backed up because I wasn’t obese and I was too young but I was already in the process of getting my surgery I did the testing, the classes and etc but I changed my mind till this day my dr stills offers me bariatric surgery, wls but I did my research about bariatric surgery, wls, gastric sleeve and gastric bypass for many years now

Its not that hard to limit your daily calories intake

Less people know that the root cause of 75% diseases is POOR DIGESTION. Fix it, and get rid of diseases. All these processes are useless. If you have a good digestion, and eat a large amount of food, it will get digested properly. Name one disease that does not arise due to poor digestion. You will be surprised to know, even fractures are a result of poor digestion.

Just like there are ways to lose weight naturally, there are also ways to restrict appetite naturally. Like eating low GI food will make you feel full longer. But sugary drinks will make you crave pretty fast. So avoid that too.

I've lost 26 kg in 5 months. The first week of not drinking sugary drinks was the most difficult. Because my brain can't cope with drastic drop in sugar consumption. But I gradually got the hang of it. So now I only drink plain water or unsweetened milk. But I still eat sugary food, just not the drinks.

Google INFLAMMATION DIET, CHANGE YOUR DIET AND EXERCISE pills will only KILL your other organs. Now get off your FAT ASS and do what you know you need to do. The doctor cannot eat and walk for you! I charge $200 a day to slap the soda out of your mouth and the hamburger.
