Robert "Bob" Reyes
Bob is a Mozilla Reps Mentor and Tech Speaker based in Makati City, Philippines. He currently leads the local Mozilla community's localization efforts. Bob is also a Tech News Columnist for the Manila Bulletin.

Hong Phuc Dang
Hong Phuc Dang is the founder of FOSSASIA, an organization that strives to improve people’s lives through sharing open technologies, knowledge and fostering global connections and sustainable production. She chairs the annual FOSSASIA Summit and organizes Open Tech Summits in countries from Vietnam, India, China, Sri Lanka, to Germany. She is a board member of the Open Source Business Alliance Europe, vice chair of IEEE Open Source Committee. She also served as VP of the Open Source Initiative. Hong Phuc believes Free and Open Source is not just a way to exchange code freely, it is a collaboration model that sets an example of how people around the world can work together peacefully to solve any problem.

Romar Mayer Micabalo
Currently works for Innovuze Solutions, Inc. as a Technical Project Manager, and Team Lead for the Data, Infrastructure, Telecoms, and Security Team (DITS). He is currently the Regional Coordinator in Northern Mindanao for Mozilla Philippines Community. Romar's volunteer experiences include PyTsada (co-founder), ITG-X (co-organizer), CloudN8v (founder), and RustLE (founder). He does Brazilian Jiu-jitsu on the side.

Kenneth Sungcaya
Backend Developer with 7 years experience. Currently Software Engineer at Rakuten Travel Xchange. Mozilla PH Volunteer since 2013. Likes to play guitar and studies Japanese in free time.

Philippine Tech Week 2021 is the first of its kind conference in the country showcasing different like-minded and community-focused organizations today.
With this year’s theme of "Building Skills, Better Careers with Tech Communities", member organizations of the Philippine Tech Community put the spotlight on honing the skills not just of its members but also of each and every Filipino during these trying times.
Featured sessions include keynotes, talks, and workshops co-organized by different member communities representing technologies from all corners of the industry.
