i think its not very nice to eat chicken everyday, Is there a recipie like this that contains high protien (+65g) but is more veggiterian? eggs are fine with me but Same portion size of -530G please.

ОтветитьOk let's be real, people. You can be served a delicious gromet meal but that same meal is not going to be good after 5 days in the fridge. Hell, even fresh you'd be hard pressed to eat the same thing 5 days in a row. Anyone that has tried these click-bait content farm videos will know what I'm talking about. There are a lot of things you can do to save time and money on nutritious and easy meals, but making a huge batch and letting it sit in the fridge for 5 days is not one of them. The sacrifices you need to make on flavour, texture, variety and quality are not worth the 1-2 hours you save per week by doing methods like this. Especially when you consider that 99% of people will be tossing meal # 4 and 5 in the garbo out of disgust.
I'd like to see a time laps of one of these meals in the fridge for 5 days. Funny how these logistical challenges are never addressed by influencers and the video cuts out right after the food goes in the containers. Oh and the implication that you would put a cooked chicken-rice entree like this in the freezer for 4 months is especially laughable. Please don't waste your time/money on "meal prep", you can still plan ahead without falling into this trap.
Thanks so much for this! A little constructive advice to the audience tho: season the chicken with whatever you’d like (other than the sauce) then sauté the chicken FIRST and then transfer them to a bowl, AND THEN sauté the veggies in the same pan, infusing the flavors of the seasoned chicken into the veggies, then reintroduce the chicken and the sauce for a quick mix-up!
The recipe is wonderful as is, but sautéing the chicken first will kick the veggies up a notch!
I cannot think of meal without vegetables. Why there is no veggie?

ОтветитьI do something very similar. But i just let the peppers, onions and garlic simmer in some hopped up stock intead. Cuts down on the time even more and tastes majestic.
