For me the answers are well structured in a way na andon na lahat ng need malaman ni interviewer. Good job!

Anong company po ito?

as someone who has worked in hr, for sure mahahabaan talaga yung hiring manager sa sagot mo. hindi siya ideal answer. it's obvious na hinire ka kase perfect yung accent, tone, intonation, pitch, and pronunciation mo tsaka degree holder ka pa. but the length of your answer is a red flag. iisipin ng mga recruitment staff na tinatagalan nung applicant para makaiwas sa ibang tanong. plus, madaming iniinterview sa BPOs. baka nagkataon lang na wala masyado applicant nung araw na yan kaya walang kibo yung hr hahaha

Permission to comment based on my observation: I respect the way you answer, "Tell me about yourself?" but you answered it all in all and you highlighted your personal experience, which was obviously unnecessary. In addition, you sound arrogant in the way you explain your soft skills and your hard skills. You may have passed the process and gotten the job, but if you apply the same strategy when you answer, "Tell something about yourself?" your next company might or may not hire you. One friendly piece of advice: just paraphrase your answer in a short and simple way. Again, congratulations on your new job.🙂

Gantong tell me about yourself ang hinahanap ko eh since nagkaroon ako ng malaking gap sa employment at nag work ako as a online freelance (video editor).

eto tlaga ung pang final na sagot para wala ng tanongng. HAHAHA lupet mo kuys. mgabasher mo bagsak siguro sa initial or assessment pa lang.
