Laine engaged with lagesson first.. It's possible the foot came up on purpose but it's also possible it came up incidentally, it's a fast game, how could you even make that decision that quick?? Doubt it was on purpose.

I really don't think that was intentional slew foot like some people are saying. They were going at a fair speed and when Lageson gets close to Laine, Laine bumps him a bit and it throws Lageson off balance and looks like his foot kicks out in response to try and offset the bump catch his balance, and in the process and up giving Laine a Slew Foot....
