Hi Jess….I haven’t been on your channel for a week or two & really see a noticeable difference, that you’ve lost wt. 👏. BRAVO
I have taken glucosamine Chondroitin with MSM for over 20 years & have NO PAIN anywhere. Not even my hip replacement joint. Find one that has MSM in it…that is the secret ingredient.
Also, I have taken a VERY small dose of estrogen since my hysterectomy in 2019. I even went to taking it every other night but it is just enough to keep things steady. I tried the Estrovent over the counter…didn’t see any effects. I hope it helps you.

Good Morning ! My Doctor said bike riding is bad for your bones . Road bikers have low bone density .
