Introducing Cloud Functions (2nd gen)

They grow up so fast!

Can I use Google Cloud console for free just to learn about that? It's hard to understand when I don't practice it. I know the documentation just like cloud function, but I want to practice it.

I was hopeful when I saw the title, but no mention of improvement to the cold starts.

Can we also increase the number of processors? AFAIK it's only 4 in the current.

What is The difference with cloud run?
