Mr. Swamp, I mean Mr. Trump is part of the swamp

Mr. Trump, President of "The United States of America" has become part of the very Swamp he promised to drain.

Question is: Did Mr. Trump @realDonaldJTrump #realDonaldJTrump ever intend to deliver on his promises, or was he a thoroughbred corrupted politician right from the start? He made many very impressive constitutionally supportive campaign promises to get elected. Nearly all of which could have been completed his first year. Yet, he has made little to no advances in nearly 4 years.
