I think you are thinking backwards, but you are not. That is also why time does not flow backward -because you don't think backward. Time is in your head.

Is it possible that a big bang like state that originated our universe could have NOT been a low entropy state?

Wait, I'm still confused. How does our mind interpret increasing entropy as time happening? And does that mean that if I was put into some like science experiment box explicitly designed to have a decrease in entropy occur inside it, would I experience time backwards?

Describing entropy as a fundamental law that determines tge direction of time is misleading. Entropy is a statistical, probabilistic concept. Probabilities of a bowl with ink dissolved in wather are extremely higher than, the dissolved ink become a drop a come out to the original container... But possible in theory.

Like I think That time goes Forward by default buts can go Backwards but just doesn’t or it may have gone backwards to a few minutes or hours or days like who knows buts I don’t think time is some “entropy” or whatever

Every system with a finite ending time will fail to be time-reversible, and since current physics' classic solutions are always never-ending, there is a flaw in the traditional mathematics' tools used: since they are always holding uniqueness of solutions, they will never model accurately phenomena with finite duration, which left us with models that don't show the direction of the arrow of time on their 2nd order differential equations.

As example, I have found an interesting issue with classic pendulum equations: if you consider the Drag Force as the classic Stokes' force:
F=b*x'
the pendulum eq. is (for some positive constants {a, b}):
x'' +b*x'+a*sin(x)=0
a diff. eq. that under the transformation:
t --> -t
is not time reversible! (which is commonly only atributed to entropy by the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics).
But if instead the standard Drag Force:
F=b*(x')^2
is used, the diff. eq. becomes time reversible, but its solution are never decaying!... so it is needed to modify the Drag Force in something like:
F=b*x'*|x'|
to recover the decaying solutions, so somehow, the condition of been non-time reversible is required!
But even with this improved drag force, solutions are never-ending in time, since the diff. eq. holds uniqueness of solutions due Picard-Lindelöf theorem... but, if I change the Drag Force by something like:
F=b*sign(x')*sqrt(|x'|)*(1+|x'|^(3/2))
which resembles Stokes' Law at low speeds (non-near-zero), also resembles the quadratic version at high speeds, but introduce a non-Lipschitz component at zero speed, now the differential equation:
x''+b*sign(x')*sqrt(|x'|)*(1+|x'|^(3/2))+a*sin(x)=0
will be having decaying solutions that will achieve a finite extinction time t=T< infinity (so x(t)=0 exactly after t>T), also with a diff. eq. is not-time-reversible. Hope you can review this, is easy to see it in Wolfram Alpha.

If entropy increases doesn't that mean the universe is heating up (instead of cooling down)? If so then doesn't that mean time is going backwards (or our consciousness is going backwards through time)?

so why was universe once in a 0 entropy state? This answer is incomplete. This answer is the same as saying "time goes forward because it does", it doesn´t add any aditional information. Nor proposes any "mechanism" on why it can´t go backwards and what would "going backwards" mean.

If Evolution is an attribute of this Universe, an attribute that caused minerals to become micro-machines, becoming what we call life then only growth/multiplication of kinetic energy/anti-entropy/time moving forward/etc should be possible thus decay/devolution/death/entropy/etc must mean time is moving backwards and decay is the only way to measure it...

I swear I saw a video that time appears to be flowing forward, because of our perspective. When in all actuality, it's flowing backwards, and that's why events are layed out in one direction of existence of already have had happened. Or rather, only appears to have already happened.

We move from lower entropy to higher entropy because there are more configurations possible for an even spread of energy than for a concentrated spread of energy (The quanta of energy keep moving and there are more chances of them being evenly spread than being concentrated in a place... a bit like the birthday paradox)- it is all about calculating probability and which state is more likely to occur. Ted-Ed has a very good and understandable video on entropy.
