Day 1: Abdominal pain, didn’t see much of a difference, and sweat!!
Day 2: Still don’t see much of a difference but I’m sure it will kick in on day 7. Sweat a lot !!

I try to update it everyday so that I'll stick to this workout!
Start weight: 60,8kg
Day 1: I actually really enjoyed it. Time went by so fast!
Day 2: ✅️ was a lot harder to do than yesterday
Day 3: ✅️ I was SWEAATINNG!!
Day 4: ✅️ did it!
Day 5: ✅️ did it! It hurt really much

ОтветитьFrom today (19 July 2023) I'm starting this exercise(starting weight 96.35kgs)
Day 1: Was bit tired
Day 2: Was energetic through out the exercises, found bit difficulty in crunches. But didn't give up. (Weight:96.15kgs)
Day 3: Finding comfortable in exercises...i feel I can reach my goal (Weight :95.65kgs)
Day 4: Complete successfully (Weight: 95.20 kgs)
Wait for updates...
Can we drink water

i will start tomorrow morning and i hope i dont give up. i wanna challenge me to do this workout.... best of luck sneha😅😅😅
