ОтветитьI do all these things and I have for many years and still have acne. I never eat sugar, I eat healthy, get enough sleep. Only drink water. I have tried having a skin care regimen and I have tried not having one. I have tried switching up my skin care and it still never leaves me alone.

ОтветитьI wouldn’t recommend eating too many carbs though…u don’t need to consume grains and stuff…too high insulin can result in increased oil production and u get acne

Ответитьalso one thing that helps me is exercise and physical activity. i walk around for 1 hour or more outside and do 20-30 min workouts at home. obviously, you should be active for overall health

ОтветитьNumber 5. Be active. Not a full blown heart thumping workout (sometimes it can backfire especially for hormonal acne) light exercise is enough. Try getting 6000-10000 steps a day
