Would love to see you do a van conversion. I've done one and made some mistakes but on the whole it turned out well. No wonder the countersink bit is good its 57 quid!

Do you stick to one brand of screw? Is it worth paying extra for Spax?

im supprised you didnt make the side door racking double sided . its wasted space anyway so you may as well use it from the other side

You don’t know the meaning of tight, ive been known to put a 3mm groove in 6mm mdf panel to make a bigger panel so I don’t have to buy a sheet 😂, predicting the carpet pile 😮 that is thinking out side the BOX have you got any 55mm screws in there ? They get you out of all sorts 😊. You van robbing bastards out there look elsewhere or we will cut them off and freed down your neck. Brilliant job Ollie

It’s a nice job, but what about the distribution of weight in the van after all seems to be a bit too much weight for one side making driving a bit hazardous

Good well thought out design like that shows the work ethic of the user to the customer. Just hope hope some crim scumbag doesn't crowbar open the door and pinch the lot as so often seems to happen these day sadly .

Any chance you could do a review/comparison between the festool corded vs cordless extractor?
I’m thinking of getting a cordless one but worried about it having enough suction…….p.s I only use it for car cleaning so the suction is important

One shudders to think of the consequences if the van was nicked! However, security is easy - just stick on a sign saying "No tools are left in this van overnight".

Carpet is 100% the best thing in a van!

Great , well done . The only thing you might want to do is line the roof, as in frosty weather the condensation will all freeze then drip on all your tools as it melts !!!

Hi. What size countersink with stop did you use there? 3.5 or 5mm? Which would yous recommend? I think the smaller one.thanks in advance. Also ehst scribing tool fid you use there please?
