$500 for 14 Super Tags? $850 if you include the SkyCaddie Pro 5X! Plus membership costs to get the most out of these tags. 😢

Definitely adding these in the spring. Looks like a great piece of kit to get more feedback and data.

Only question is how well do they work when you’re on the green. Skycaddie says not to put the device in your pocket. And through experience I can attest. Putting it in my pocket, then pulling it out, led to some wrong yardages which didnt update till after I hit my shot.

So I started leaving the device on my Q Follow caddy and I never had the problem again with inaccurate yardages.

But that means my SX550 stays with my cart green side. So not sure how this will read shots that could be a significant distance from the device.

Looks promising. The skygolf 360 app is basically 10 years old - and looks very dated. Can we expect a full makeover anytime soon? For such a price I’d expect an excellent app. What about Apple Watch support? So far I have used Shotscope and Hole19 with the latter having the best app in my humble opinion. Would love to get SuperTags with an app on par or better than that.

Any fix for someone that uses a superstroke putter with a counterbalance weight installed?

@mrchopper327 @trottiegolf How is the reliability in capturing every shot? I am getting totally frustrated with Arccos missing shots and having to go back and edit 20 - 30 missed shots after the round!

Can you tell me how does this handle practice swings before you actually hit the ball? Does it register them? For example with Arccos they only count 1 ball being hit in a range of about 5 yards, so, even if it registers your practice swing it doesn't make much of a difference in terms of yardage... So how does this handle it?

Also, if I actually hit 2 balls from the same spot, does it register 2 shots? if so, will it count the first shot has 0 yards distance because you hit the 2nd shot from the same spot?

I was going to go for the Arccos system but this got me very very curious... still $500 for the sensors is very steep when you can get the Arccos for free very easy (like I did 2 weeks ago) with a 45 day trial before you have to choose to do the yearly subscription
