I love this and listen to it all the time! Would love another one of these 1h with 2 rotations! Rotations would be a bit faster but I just love the feeling of scanning around my body ❤️ so relaxing 🧘‍♀️

Thank you Ally. This assisted in a huge emotional release (tears) with a lot of twitching and body movement. Heart chakra seems tender and enlivened at the same time. I am dealing with jet lag and feel very energized after only a little sleep. Lots going on. So grateful for your work!! 🙏🏽🩵🙏🏽

Sometimes I wonder why it goes, first finger, second finger, third finger, middle finger... Isn't the middle finger always the third finger? I usually always fall asleep at the end of the sessions and always forget to ask.. 😂 But now I'm proactive maybe anyone can help

Dear Ally, I’m grateful and indebted to you. I’ve practice with for a few years now and have had many spiritual moments during your YN. I’m on a support team on a winter endurance race working long winter nights for 7 days. I decided I would I would use YN to aid my rest. It’s all I’ve used for 3 days with only 3.5hrs of YN rest. I’ve tried to sleep but can’t. I practiced this on today and my experience was beyond profound. As I woke out of my deep rest and became conscious I breakdown and wept uncontrollably like a baby. They weren’t tears of sadness though. The only way I can find to describe it was like being reborn or like I’d woken up in some else body. It’s been a little confusing to say the least. I asked my daughter to read my tarot and the card the presented itself was the 14 of temperance. You a dear to me Ally love and peace 🙏💕

i skipped through the recording and it seems like a really good session until the end when you start providing all the extra info about other classes etc. this is only a problem because i like to do this at bedtime and drift off peacefully into sleep afterwards if possible, but being broken out of the relaxation at the end with all that other information will probably allow my insomnia to win the daily battle with sleep yeah lol

I'm so pleased you released a longer body scan meditation, I really enjoy the longer exploration. The only trouble is, despite your intention, I've fallen asleep each time I've done it so have yet to make it all the way through! I've been practising Yoga Nidra for a few years now and yours are one of a few teachers I always return to - your voice is so soft, gentle, warm, and soothing - thank you

Pls can you do a yoga nidra focusing on the astral body floating into the stars and universe somehow? I’ve done tons of your nidras and one had some imagery of stars. Ally, I've been practicing with you for 4 years now. At first, I needed to sleep and your videos helped me through the night. I never could have imagined all the gifts yoga nidra would bring into my life. One of the gifts is being able to return to dancing and exercise. I'm practicing today after going to the gym and running for the first time in over a year! It feels amazing to have this level of energy back 🎉 I definitely value this time to rest and restore! Beautiful practice ❤

Thank you, Ally. This lengthy practice was something I have been really hoping for. I love your videos and the longer they are, the more I have to stay with it and resist the mind and the restlessness. I felt into more fully this time and chose it at the time of the full moon. I felt the sensations that prevent me from relaxing fully and allowed them to be present rather than resisting them. You are a wonderful teacher and a blessing to us. Thank you 🙏
