you really had to call me out like that huh
Ответить"Nicest bottle of wine at Olive Garden" WRECKED
ОтветитьI got a 1000cc cagiva navigator, perfect beginner bike😂! Only half joking, if you can control your wrist in 1st and 2nd until you get more comfortable with the power, it really is a bike you can grow into.
ОтветитьUgh, this was like listening to some idealistic spoiled brat whine about the evils of Starbucks. Not your best work Yammie.
ОтветитьJust sold my Z1000. Going to get a used Ninja 400 or a new CF Moto 450 Nk.
ОтветитьThe emotion and passion comes in with the mods lol
Thanks 4 the video :)
This is click bate, what's said in this video could apply to any motorcycle you buy, "Everything That's wrong with, [blank]". So basically don't be a wuss and buy a 1000cc is the point.
ОтветитьWatchin this 5 years later, after the release of ninja 500 and the only thing he's right about is the settling over compromising bit. My broke ahh couldn't compromise the money so i settled for the 500
ОтветитьThe only thing wrong with it is its not a zx6r
ОтветитьGive it an ECU Flash, Full aftermarket exhaust, fork kit, YSS rear shock, rear sets and good tires and you have a great track bike that you can actually exploit. Of course, you've also spent over $3000 on mods, but....
ОтветитьA few years later Yammie owns and races a Ninja 400
ОтветитьWell, this totally killed off my enthusiasm for motorcycles. Good review, good perspective!
ОтветитьI’ve own many Kawasaki ninja’s (back when they were carbureted) and my 2023 ninja 400 looks and performs well the slipper clutch is excellent and right on no mystery finding neutral 400 for life……..
ОтветитьClassic yammie. Roasting viewer just when you think he's on your side
ОтветитьHow did he literally describe my entire thought process when deciding to purchase this bike? Like literally word for word. XD
ОтветитьSo what bike should I start with? ( thinking about the H2 )
ОтветитьSo what your saying is get a 600 lol
ОтветитьBS.
Ответить5 months ago I bought a new 400 ninja. Put 3500 miles on it. I've been riding Bikes since 1972 and its time for something lightweight. Only things I see needing improvement : Seat is hard after about an hour. Govt. required exhaust is too quiet. bought an aftermarket so people knew i was there.. That Horrible rear " fender" had to go. I added amber marker lights inside radiator exhaust vents so it could be seen from the side at night (looks great). Any hard panic stop may get you a "Stoppie" . It doesnt float over bumps like Harley I traded (obviously). The Harley bunch has disowned me entirely, LOL. The 400 will meet your needs for quite a long time, and 70 mph highway riding is easy. Aftermarket upgrades are plenty and low cost. I have no regrets. Buy one.
Ответить“Food that instagrams better than it tastes.” I’m gonna start using that. 😂
Ответитьman why does yammie never fail to spit straight facts
ОтветитьI hear you sir, however price, compromise and safety is a factor. I purchased z400 which is my first beginner bike, I chose this over a 600 because of price and my little experience as a rider. Speed is definitely a contributing factor and I think as a first timer , I don't want speed , rather skills first. Just my opinion but I do agree with you overall of this video. 👍
ОтветитьMan you are awesome!❤
ОтветитьYammie in all his videos: "Start on a ninja 400, don't buy a 600 or 1000cc". Yammie in this video:"the 400 has no passion".
ОтветитьI'm happy with my Ninja 400, however it's the only bike I've ever been on
ОтветитьThis video seems pity and meant to gaslight 😅
ОтветитьUm, emotion and passion are not experienced or embodied by the motorcycle itself, but are expressed and enjoyed by the rider. It is the experience of motorcycle riding that is the core. The bike itself is only a tool to enhance emotion and passion, and if thousands of Ninja 400s have gotten people into motorcycling in the first place, I hope you agree that's a GOOD THING. And major kudos to Kawasaki for attracting and enabling that first bike experience that fuels the growth of the hobby.
Ответитьold video but m sure if the spec was switched with r3 yammie would have flipped to r3 might even make a big deal
ОтветитьMy first bike was a 2002 Ninja ZX7R which I rode for 10 years. Honestly, it was power that I did not use or need. I've had a Vulcan 900, which I didn't like at all. I traded that for a 2016 Vulcan S 650, which is a great 6 gear cruiser. It's nimble and comfortable. Then my husband bought me a 1995 Ninja 600R 100% stock. I rode it for a season and a half but the carbs need to be done & tank needs to be treated. To be honest, I'm tired of the carb bike. So off I go to the Kawi dealer to look at a ZX6R in March 2022. The Ninja 400 in twilight blue caught my eye and after some research I was sold. I LOVE THIS BIKE!!! It's planted, light, fun and just the right amount of power (for me). This is my fifth and smallest cc bike and it turned out to be my favourite!!!
ОтветитьI bought a ninja 300 and I loved it and still love it. Reason, it's a great comfortable comuter bike that I got to learn how to ride on safely but yeah im ready for a 600, 7 years later. I don't feel like I settled. looking at a ZX6R now.
ОтветитьBla bla
ОтветитьI think that you are coming from the whole viewpoint from an American direction.
Here in England, we have very few straight roads and a lot of twisty back lanes to explore all over the place, so just like in Japan, small bikes make more sense, and anyone who's wrestled an old GSXR1000 or CBR1000 around the lanes of Blighty, will agree.
Long distance , and straight roads like in the States, then bigger displacement bikes make more sense, but not on an evening blast after work in the UK
So true. "What does it mean if there's no emotion or passion?"
ОтветитьDon’t become excited
ОтветитьI had my 2022 ninja 400 out yesterday. Felt great for what I was looking for. Canadian winters are never-ending. Can't wait for the roads to get better.
ОтветитьWhen you see me zip past you on my 300 off a corner because your liter bike is too big im gonna laugh back
ОтветитьSO WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND???
ОтветитьYou just sold me on this bike. I'm all about premium mediocre. If I can get Good Enough for half the cost, I usually take it.
ОтветитьHmm, so I really don't get this video.
Here in Quebec, our license plate price scales in this braced <400cc and >400cc, same with insurance.
So a 250cc/300cc are the same price as a 400cc. And 500cc/650cc are same as 750cc.
Yeah it makes no sense, but welcome to the Gov'mnt.
Hey, Yamnizzle, I some observations and uncertainties about comparing the various competitors in the small-displacement class of motorcycles:
When I'm searching for the differences, it isn't which will be more like a rocket ship as you put it. I know performance will be similar. However, what I am looking at is the particulars. For examples, when people compare the Ninja 400 with the Z400, they talk about how the suspension is softer on the naked version. And in reviews of the CFMoto 300 series, I hear observations of how the brakes are lacking. The long throttle throw on the MT03. My difficulty here is that so much of that comes from the perspectives of seasoned riders. Soft or less effective brakes make me want to shy away from some of the specific models, while sometimes I wonder how much difference the soft versus stiff suspension would make in the riding experience, for example.
I haven't ridden any of these, and as a new rider, I don't want to "test drive" a bike I might lay down and then (quite rightly) be obligated to purchase. So I'll be left with sitting on a bike to test its ergonomics.
I know it's subjective to a large extent, but ... How can I, as an inexperienced rider, know that model-1 bike is going to be too cramped for me while model-2 won't, it's just the posture which feels so different? I'm looking for something kind of upright, which all of the listed above have to some degree (like the Ninja 400 has fairings but doesn't have a fully-committed aggressive riding position). I lack great variety in local dealers, and so seeking some of these in-person will be hit or miss, and may likely need to be ordered rather than already sitting on a showroom floor.
This video just made me gain so much respect for yammie..... !
ОтветитьAs soon as the Vincero advertising scam came on, I knew this guy was a fraud.
Ответитьallegory for late stage capitilisam? what? its the only one built with America and europe in mind, the rest are just imports for the indian and south east Asia markets. it takes full advantage of the eu licensing power alowances and is large enough to fit a actual adult American with suspension built to cope. maybe a light shorty like you cant tell the difference but there is a reason why this thing is selling. its not skippy john jones the biggest of the small ones but built for a different market.
also its a twin so it can make that power withought wired fueling or needing a valve clearance adjustment next tuesday like the ktm.
I got the exact same bike and it rides just great don't listen to this asshole
Ответить✌
ОтветитьI have to say… wtf are you talking about? You are only saying this in the perspective as a veteran rider. For someone who never ride before any street bike is a dream. There is a guy out there bought a ninja. He is happy and can’t wait for the next ride and you sitting here saying he Is only living in the illusion of free will? That’s not fair man. You can’t put everybody on the same scale and judge them. Get real man.
ОтветитьDont know if ive ever seen a more utterly pretentious video in my life. Bro spent 15 minutes speaking nonstop while saying absolutely nothing at all. Moron didnt make a single concrete point about the bike besides his nauseating rant about “middle of the road” consumerism.
ОтветитьHey .! nothing weong w 400 ! bis noob boob ! he😢vsster thn r3 ? n
ОтветитьI love my ninja 250. It goes 100 mph and that's double the speed limit. It had a small seat height for my small legs. To me, a ninja 400 would be my next obvious choice when that time comes. The ninja is exciting to drive, reliable and is cheaper in many ways than most. It's an easy decision.
