This lady is  thin yet there is not one time I have seen that she proves one has to deprive one's self of anything.  My craving for sugar actually decreases just THINKING of making these foods and how much more sense it makes to eat food that is already broken down for you before you ingest it.  I think this is the answer for many American's.  Don't be discouraged if you cannot make it out to a dairy farm and acquire raw milk. Start slow and buy the Kefir and go from their.  The Kefiir milk granules I just bought on ebay for 4.00 s&h included.  So there is a way to start implementing these things into your routine without having to break the bank!!!

Hm. People have been drinking coffee for generations in this country to get their morning started. :) I think your claims of sickness and health in the past are a little skewed from the reality of early mortality, but I have been enjoying some of your videos. I just think this one is a little funny. I appreciate what you are trying to do though.

I am brewing 2 gallons of kombucha and it has been ten days now and the taste is still not there yet. It is winter here now and the batch is sitting in my office and the temp of the batch is at 72 - 74 degrees (f) stable. Is that to long for that batch to be sitting for almost two weeks and what should I do at this point of the process?

She looks sickly... I recently read her blog about the topic "Six Reasons to say NO to Vaccines" and I've got to say its not compelling or persuasive enough. Throughout her article I found that she utilized a lot of loaded language and often ridicules parents into being vaccine free. Her evidence was a slur of good and bad reports, but I found myself often at websites that don't really have a strong credibility to them. I also found signs of "hand picked" information throughout her essay, such as stating that Japan is 3rd place for lowest infant mortality rates compared to the U.S. whom's placement is 33rd, without regard to background information like population size between the two. With each reason the evidence list gets increasingly shorter and you'll find her saying things like "Need I say more?" or "I could cite other examples..." instead of giving us stronger evidence necessary to be persuaded. To put things into more simple terms, the essay is filled with more of her opinion and ridicule than it is with its evidence which happens to be weak in terms of credibility. She also has a tendency for illiteracy and she likes to back peddle later in her essay saying that it would be okay to vaccinate your children if need be. Sorry Sarah, I deem your persuasive argument a joke and I would advise that you do some unbiased studying before trying to sway a population.

But there isn't any for example I watched a video where 8 hours you soaked grinded flour and I looked for the description below and there wasn't any.
