Day2: working on my arms
Day3; going on going on my arm
Day 4 : today i feel very energetic did 2 times
Day 5 : sorry today i skipped 😪
Day 6 : sorry for skipping but ya today i am doing
Day 7 : its hard but I did
Day8 : actually till now i didn't see any difference but ya today's done
Day 9 : done✅
Day 10 : i can see changes in my back not in arms.... Today's done

ОтветитьIn case people don’t realize this it’s unhealthy to exercise the same muscles everyday! Don’t track by each day try instead doing it every other day ^^
