Aliens working with the us govt and private sector partners is the only thing that really makes any sense here. Imagine if you will the US goes into space and lands on a planet somewhere and finds it inhabited by some mentality comparable to great apes here on our planet that are willing to cook clean provide environmental integration, food, guards and basically be cooperative.
