With pathways we could get to 0 carbon oil, and I except using some of the tech in midstream and refining to further lower carbon emissions. The business case requires more production, that is achievable but they need to be able to sell it. BC would rather mine coal. I wonder which province is more environmental and which province is about Canada.

On their Pipeline to Kitamat, instead of FOLLOWING the eXisting Pipeline Corridor, which the Chiefs granted them Permission to Do, they decided to CuT Cross Country, through Wetsuetin Territory, and Canadian TaXpayer's ended up Paying for Rcmp Security! That Bill SHOULD be tallied Up and given to TCEnergy!
They did the same with the Keystone XL, instead of FOLLOWING the eXisting Right-of-Way to GRETNA Manitoba, then South to the Oil Storage Hub @ Cushing Oklahoma , they TRY to Bully their way through Montana Ranches and Farm's using EMMINENT DOMAIN!
