okay so you showed us how much it could potentially make but it would have been good if you should have showed us how you would have done the research to check the occupancy rate in the area to show the demand instead of just telling us 80% occupancy is normal for the UK thats quite broad

ОтветитьGreat video! It’a pity that only 1 example given 😅 What are penalties for landlord in such case if after 5 years when you want to buy the property (by excersising lease option) landlord does not want to sell the property for an old price as the property now is worth 50% more?
