I’m an astrophotographer mostly because of you, Trevor. I started almost a year ago a quickly advanced to the gold standards. Mainly because I wanted the best result with the least frustrations. I like this video because it’s something special for anyone to be able to share a hobby with a life partner. That’s something money can’t buy.
Ответитьhi
ОтветитьYou're lucky that even with a telescope you can see the great pyramid from your back yard
ОтветитьDo you have a link for the teelescope and camera?
ОтветитьThis is a cool video, but calling such setup an entry level might discourage people from getting into the hobby.
Ответитьim an instant addict! great job team!
ОтветитьGreat teamwork. Clear and precise guidance with some basic equipment learning mistakes and fun that we have all experienced. Well done Ashley, you are so lucky to have Trevor in your corner. Awesome overall finished image.
ОтветитьHi Im Roy from Wales UK .
I deeply want to do deep space photography, but can seem to get much info on what Telescope I would need. Its like a rabbit hole looking for one. I know they can be expensive that is why I'm considering a good secondhand set up. The only thing I have got is a Canon 550D slr. Could I ask you if a Skywatcher explorer 200p EQ 5 Pro Synscan Go to Newtonian telescope suit what I want please ? And by the way fantastic photo Ash took . With your help of course. 😊
I really like this scope and dslr setup. It is my favorite so far.
Ответитьnice work thanks a lot.
ОтветитьEven as a German with no good knowledge of English very easy to understand. Thank you very much for this video.👍🏻👍🏻
Greetings from the black forest (germany)
So everyone seems to just slap a camera on and say nothing about how it actually gets in focus, i borrowed a camera to try on my scope and the thing refuses to focus even though all they eyepieces do (i have a 10 and 40mm.)
ОтветитьI am from India and I love space but I can't buy a telescope or dslr to click some photo. I belong from middle class family. Love your video
ОтветитьSo how exactly that processing proces can be done?
ОтветитьYou like astrophotography. I get it. I do too.
However, don’t train your wife like you would train a dog.
(At least not if you want to keep her.)
im so broke i cant afford astrophotography and it makes me sad
ОтветитьI learned a lot despite not being at this stage of my journey yet. But the pic turned out amazing!
ОтветитьWhy are you using Canon instead of Sony?
ОтветитьI really enjoyed this video! As someone looking to perhaps dip my toes it was good to see the entire process from start to finish (apart from the processing, of course) - thanks to you both! Now, over to the subscribe button! 🙂
Ответитьwhy record the mistakes she made to play back to the world? My wife would not be happy if this was my video lol. Thank you for the video... I'm working with a Canon Rebel T7 and a Celestron 130 SLT, both of which are new to me (well the camera I have had for two years, but never took off autofocus).... I'm seeing in this and other videos mods to the camera or the telescope to enable better focusing. Would love a video that .... uh.... focuses in on ways to mod scopes and cameras for this purpose. Like another video said he had to "move the mirror forward" in order to take focused images. He did not say what mirror (camera? One of the two in the scope?) nor how he did that, so it was a little.... uh... nebulous.
ОтветитьHa! Women! You gotta love em
ОтветитьJesus Christ is the way ,the truth and the life joh 14:6.without Jesus there is no way, no truth and no life so if you don't believe I take this opportunity to invite you .... JESUS CHRIST I HAVE THE KING OF KINGS ,LORD OF LORDS ,THE LION OF JUDAH WHO HAS OVERCOME DEATH AND IS AT THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD, WHO IS COMING BACK SO I AM PROUD OF HIM HE IS ALWAYS WITH ME I AM NOT AFRAID HE IS 40:9-12 HE IS ALIVE JESUS. AMEN AMEN AMEN.
Ответитьcan you recomend a telescope plz?
Ответитьnew follower on instagram
ОтветитьDo you have to use a telescope can I use a telephoto lens with Astro modified camera
ОтветитьWhich telescope is this
ОтветитьTHANK YOUUUUUU
ОтветитьIt is a joy to see you two together, doing this together - looking for retirement and trying to involve my wife too.
Astronomy is good for the mind! As others said: stay in love❤
I only wanted a telescope to look at Jupiter! Now I'm getting drawn into astrophotography, and its a whole other beast I never really knew existed in such a vibrant form. Good 👍
ОтветитьI love your videos. Perhaps I'm missing something, but I cant find the free software you are using. Names please
ОтветитьThis is great! If i get a telescope could i see uranus?
ОтветитьThat my friend, was a really lovely vid. For beginners like me, this gives me hope!
ОтветитьMust be nice to have someone that knows what They are talking about as far as scopes. I would love to give you a visit I can pay. Great job Ashley. Has to be nice to have some Knowledge behind you. God bless.
ОтветитьHow hard was it for Ashley to learn all the needed software for astrophotography. It's the only thing keeping me from taking a deep dive into it. I am by far not a computer wiz. I'm more hands on when it comes to learning new things.
ОтветитьYour wife though 🥵🥵😛
Ответитьcan we see the same with our naked eye without the camera just telescope?
ОтветитьI wish I had a friend like you that lived close lol.
ОтветитьThat's powerlines not telephone lines.
Ответитьhi trevor just found this video, loved this video. what do you think of the setup i want to buy? telescope: skywatcher evostar 72ed Camera: ASI178mc Mount: Skywatcher adventurer GTI. guide scope what would you reccomend?
ОтветитьVery nice Ashley, you should be very happy with that.
ОтветитьWow, I wish my wife had an interest in the night sky, still I wouldn't trust her to set up without destroying everything, maybe I am better of in the quiet as is, ha!
ОтветитьI love how much time she invested in this to make you happy haha that cute
ОтветитьThat was really useful. I think many will learn from what Ashley did. Thank you.
ОтветитьThumbs Up, great video !
ОтветитьLate comment. Ashley, you did wonderfully. Walk Tall and be Proud. I am sure Trevor needs a lot of help cooking in your "SPACE", The Kitchen. Great Vid Guys and Gals.
ОтветитьThat was a good vid. 👍
ОтветитьFlipping fantastic tutorial. Thank you very much.
ОтветитьNice. I wonder what pictures can be taken with a 20 inch reflector.
